Hosting & platform
Coordinate hosting and deployments, keep an eye on platform health, and help manage domains, certificates and provider changes. Hosting charges are shown separately.
DOXA CARE
Doxa Care is ongoing technical support for the websites, apps, automations and internal tools we build. It can cover hosting coordination, database upkeep, debugging, upgrades and agreed improvements. We define the systems, work, costs and response expectations with you before care begins.
Talk through what needs careWHAT IT CAN INCLUDE
Each plan is shaped around the services you use and the level of support that makes sense. Your written scope says exactly what is covered.
Coordinate hosting and deployments, keep an eye on platform health, and help manage domains, certificates and provider changes. Hosting charges are shown separately.
Review database health, storage and access; maintain agreed backups and recovery arrangements where the provider supports them; plan routine data changes.
Investigate reported errors, trace the cause and fix issues within the agreed scope. We keep a record of what changed and what still needs attention.
Plan and apply suitable software, dependency and platform updates, checking for compatibility and agreeing higher-risk changes before they go live.
Review important service dependencies, access and recovery steps so it is clearer who owns each part and what to do when something stops working.
Use agreed support capacity for focused refinements and adjustments. Larger new features or substantial changes are estimated and approved separately.
A CLEAR SUPPORT ARRANGEMENT
We list the systems, providers, accounts, dependencies, current costs and known issues. We check what access and documentation are available and flag gaps before taking on ongoing support. The review is scoped separately.
The monthly fee reflects the systems covered and the support capacity agreed with you. The plan lists scheduled maintenance, how requests are raised, and how urgent issues are handled. Response times and availability are written down.
We record completed work, recurring issues and recommended next steps, then use regular reviews to keep the support useful as your systems and needs change.
Third-party hosting, software and usage charges are separate unless your proposal says otherwise. Work beyond the agreed capacity is estimated and approved before it starts. Doxa Care is not 24/7 emergency cover; any on-call arrangement must be agreed in writing.
GOOD TO KNOW
Possibly. We first review how it works, who owns its accounts and whether we can support it safely. That assessment may be a separate piece of work.
No. The plan covers the services and capacity listed in your agreement. Larger changes and new features are scoped and approved separately.
Your plan sets out support hours, how issues are prioritised and the expected response time. No response-time or emergency cover is assumed unless it is written into the agreement.
